About the event
This workshop is run by Gordon Glenister and Tej Daffu, both of whom are former senior membership organisation practitioners. Gordon Glenister is a global membership and association expert, having run a leading trade association for 11 years and founded 3 others. Tej Daffu was Director of Membership of the Data & Marketing Association for 10 years and has since started as Membership Director of Membership World.
We will be covering membership growth and retention strategies, commercial road maps, targeting, prospecting, group discussions, group exercises and lots more!
